He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Chafin (April) and Clinton Chafin; his grandchildren, Lynnlee Chafin, Mackenzie Chafin, Ryleigh Chafin, Cassidy Chafin and Cameron Chafin; his daughter Deborah Fisher Chafin; and his former wife Connie Chafin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
