He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Holstine and Pauline Hedrick Holstine; his grandparents, Mavie and Sam Holstine; and his uncle Bobby Holstine.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie Kirk Holstine; his daughters, Jodi Hughes (Daniel) and Kimberly Holstine; his siblings, Jerry "Babe" Holstine (Patricia), Gary Holstine and Charlotte August; and his grandchildren, Connor Hughes, Ashton Hughes and Dakota Holstine.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
