He is survived by: his nephew Wayne (Rebecca Nicholas); his great-nephew Steven (Alysia Nicholas); his nephew Brian (Kim Nicholas); his great-nephews, Carson and Carter; his great-niece Cara of Michigan; his niece Paula Fleck; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Adkins and Allyson Fleck of Florida; and his sister Linda Maines of Tennessee.
