He is survived by: his parents, Bob Sams and Debbie Sams (Heater) of Alum Bridge, WV.; his daughter Kimber Sams of Buckhannon; his girlfriend Kayla Tenney of Weston; his stepgrandmother Mary Jo Sams of Parkersburg; and also, Peggy Sams and Hallie Heater. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
