With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Keith Allen of Alum Bridge, West Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Hoot" Junior Allen and Beatrice Marie Hamner Allen; his granddaughter Addison Greiner; and his siblings, Paulene Smith, Doris Ann Allen, Billy, Donnie and Earl Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Vicky Eileen Bailey of Alum Bridge; his children, Kim Davis of Sistersville, Sara Garton (Eric) of Alum Bridge and Ashley Allen (Brad Carpenter) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Barbara Davis, Ashley Davis and Laihla Garton; and his siblings, Helen Tomaro of Weston, Carylon Lamb (Bill) of Jane Lew, Millie Hinkle of Jane Lew, Charlene Wiant of Weston, David Allen of Weston, Charles Allen (Mikhy) of Weston and Hub Allen (Carolyn) of Alum Bridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
