He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donnelly and Sylvia Adams Donnelly; and his sister Dorothy Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bonett Donnelly; and his children, Robert Donnelly (Kimberly) of Loganton, PA, James Donnelly of Alum Bridge, Mary Kay Donnelly of Philadelphia and Tina Antonelli (David) of Vineland, NJ. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
