He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clinton and Bernice Ratliff (Brown); his grandson Jacob Rinehart; his son-in-law Doug Rinehart; and his siblings, Jackie, Alfred Ratliff, Joyce Weekley, Janet Kiser and Kay Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ratliff (Fallon); his children, Jim Ratliff of Alum Fork, Judy Jerden (Eric) of Westfield, Janet Rinehart of Westfield, Jay Ratliff (TonyiaWoofter) of Westfield and Shawn Kiser of Westfield; his grandchildren, Anthony, Brennan, Lauren Ratliff, Jeremy, Jonathan, Joseph, Jayna Jerden, Timothy, Matthew Rinehart and Braden Mealey; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Alex Jerden, William and James Rinehart; and his sister Barbara Squires (Jim) of Westfield.
