She was predeceased by: her parents, Errie Lusk and Hazel Pauline Lusk (Ball) of Alpoca; and her siblings, Vernie Blankenship, Goldie Jennings and Arnold Lusk (Buck) of Alpoca.
She is survived by: her children, Steven O'Neal (Betty) of Alpoca, Karen Carrico (Tim) of Beckley and Priscilla Aliff (Chris) of Beckley; her sister Mildred Treadway of Beckley; and her grandchildren, Tim Carrico II (Katy) of Dayton, Leanne and Matthew Aliff of Beckley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to attend the services, CDC guidelines will be followed, social distancing is required, and masks are mandatory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Southern WV in Ona's memory.
