It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Scot Spencer (Alma, West Virginia), who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Lou Woodburn Spencer and Justus "Sonny" Spencer; his husband Larry; his stepdaughters, Miranda, Natasha and Sabrina; and his brother Roger.
