He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillie Sparks and Louella M. Perry Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Alma Jo Chapman Sparks; his children, Ronald Scott Sparks and Kimberly Tolley; his granddaughter Madison Tolley; and his sister Carole Arini.
