He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Stevens and Louise Stevens (Baker); and his sister Clara "Sissie" Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Donna Stevens (Shuman); his children, Jason (Freda Thompson) of Alma, WV and April Weekley (Thomas) of Middlebourne, WV; his brothers, David Stevens (Joyce) of Wick, WV and Roger Stevens (Sandy) of Wick, WV; his siblings-in-law, Robert Shuman (Alison) of Pennsylvania, Greg Shuman of Petersburg, VA, Bev Craft of Paden City, WV, Becky Walters (Robert) of New Martinsville, WV and Neva Hillyard of Paden City, WV; his grandchildren, Brandon Stevens (Hailee), Joshua Watkinson, Katelyn Watkinson and Owen Weekley; and his great grandchild Ollie Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
