He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Warner; and his son Thomas E. Warner. He is survived by: his parent Hattie Nichols Warner; his sisters, Erma Spencer and Mildred Spencer; his wife Bessie Ash Haught Warner; his children, Clifford Warner (Martha), Friendly Haught, Andrew Haught (Amy) and Afton Headley (Mark); and his grandchildren, Hannah Kirk (Paul), Meggie Warner, Peyton Headley, Leia Headley and Jennifer Haught.
