He is survived by: his wife Becky Sue Cook; his children, Jennifer Cook, James Cook and Joe Cook (Valerie); his grandsons, Rusty Anderson, Brandon and Tony Cook; and his siblings, Randy, Don Cook and Loretta Stonehill (Jack).
