He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Adkins and Frank Adkins; his siblings, Brenda Adkins and Delain Adkins; and his daughter Rebecca Fawn Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda White Adkins of Alkol, WV; his children, Dawn White (Virgil) of Alkol, WV, Fawn Ellis (Robert) of Alkol, WV and Shawn Adkins (Mary) of Alkol, WV.; his grandchildren, Kasey Bailey (Aaron), Tyler Shelton (Caleb), Haylie Thompson (Corey), Maggie Ellis, Elijah Adkins (Shelby) and Paislee Adkins; his great grandchildren, Preston, Sawyer Thompson, Sophie White, Winslow, Ellison and Sullivan Bailey; and his brother Dwight Adkins.
