He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Bailey and Ruby Bailey; his grandparents, Wattie, Lemmie "Yeager" Miller, Curtis J. and Lou Emma Bailey (Dickens); his siblings, Shirley Miller, Shelva Troll and Samuel Bailey; and his son-in-law Sam Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bailey; his daughters, Tina Warner (Sam) of Alkol, WV, Dina VanGundy (Eugene) of Julian, WV and Trena Kish (James) of Alkol, WV; his siblings, Norman Bailey (Arlene) of Stafford, VA and Naomi Bunting (Louie) of Foster, WV; and his grandchildren, Briana Warner (John Aldridge) of Alkol, WV, Jordan Kish of Imperial Beach, CA, Garrett VanGundy and Evan VanGundy of Julian, WV.
