He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Shannon Nicole Taylor (Seth), Charles Parrish (Angela) and Jessica Jones (Aaron); his stepchildren, Shelly Sawyer (Ray) and George Randall Putman, II; his father Samuel Parrish; his brother Thomas Parrish (Christene); and his half-brothers, Buddy Parrish and Richard Brown. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
