He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Conard McKinney Baldwin and Wilburn Lawrence Baldwin, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancee Josette "Josie" Baldwin; his children, Stephen Harrison Baldwin, Jr. (Kerry) of Ronceverte and Ali Marie Johnston (Craig) of Chapel Hill; his grandsons, Ethan Tinsley Johnston and Harrison River Baldwin; his brother Wilburn Lawrence Baldwin, Jr. (Kristi); his niece Stephanie Ann Baldwin (Bobby); his uncle James Owen Baldwin (Linda); and his cousin Tucker Baldwin (Angie).
