Ruth Pence Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2020, at the age of 91, Ruth Pence (Alderson, West Virginia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Pence to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Masil Glenn Walthall and Erma Laura McCallister Walthall; her husband Harold Ovil Pence; and her sisters, Doris Lilly, Anna Smith and Lois Roles.
She is survived by: her children, Boyd Pence (Becky) of Alderson, WV and Rita Ritacco (Gerry); her sister Faye Hancock of Union, WV; her grandchildren, Kristy Sager of Fredericksburg, VA, Kenneth Pence of Alderson, WV and Nick Ritacco (Jocelyn) of Chardon, OH; and her close friends, Louise Utterback and Gail Ball. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Broad Run Baptist Church in Wolf Creek, WV or to the Peyton Hospice House 1265 Maplewood Ave. Lewisburg, WV 24901.
