With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Wilson Hunter of Alderson, West Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilson and Elinor "Wessie" Louise Hunter (McCallister); and his brother James Melvin Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Lee Hunter (Bryant); his children, Donald Roy Hunter (Beth) of Perkasie, PA and Juli Anna Hunter Dolan (Scotty) of Goochland, VA; his brother Leslie "Jack" Lloyd Hunter (Willa); his grandchildren, Ashley Paige Phillips, Chelsie Dolan Meacham (John), Cassi Lauren Hughes (Jessica Murray Hunter) of Goochland, VA, Dereck and Murray Hunter of Perkasie, PA; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Anna Phillips, Aubrey Wehking Hughes and John Leroy Meacham III. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
