He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Guy and Lillian Pearl Cunningham; and his siblings, Pauline "Peg" Crane, Betty Stormick, Freda Surgeon, Billy and Robert Cunningham.
He is survived by: his brother Jack; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Cunningham of Knoxville, PA and Barbara Cunningham of New Martinsville, WV; his daughters, Mary Joyce Crawford of Forest City, NC, Donna Sue Akers of Creamery, WV and Tamara Lowry (Jerry) of Fort Chiswell, VA.; his grandchildren, Gary Wayne Crawford (Lori), Ronnie Lee Akers (Joanie), Carrie Lynn Liston (James) and Jeremy Scott Lowry of Ft Chiswell, VA.; and his great grandchildren, Tera Celeste Crawford, Emma Jane Liston, Tesla Clementine Liston and Corinna Lynn Liston. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
