She is survived by: her husband Robert Ryan Bennett; her daughters, Connie Young (David) and Jane Ellen Bennett of Alderson; her grandchildren, Nathan Welch (Stephanie), Jennifer Sompolinsky (Michael), Aaron Welch (Lisa) and Amier Jalali; her great grandchildren, Jenna Sompolinsky, Jake Welch and Madison Welch; and her sister Mary June Cole of Shady Spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimers Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
