He is survived by: his wife Gladys Carter of Alderson; his children, Lee Carter of Alderson and Tracy Carter; his siblings, Glenn Carter (Cathy) of Sinks Grove, Dennis Carter (Ruby) of Alderson, Marcella Smith of Alderson and Judy Dent of Peterstown; his grandchildren, Tori Hanna of Alderson, Alexandria Preston (Lucas) of Second Creek, Christopher Hanna of Alderson, Jonathan Carter of Alderson and Payton Carter of Columbus, MS; and his great grandchildren, Noah Dozier, Mia Gilbert, Tanner Preston, Carly Preston and Diana Carter. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
