She is survived by: her children, Frank Carter (Cindy) of Lawrenceburg, James Carter (Rhonda) of Alderson, Vickie Terry (Tim) of Alderson, Billy Carter (Pam) of Ronceverte and Bernard Carter (Stacey) of Clarksville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
