He is survived by: his wife Deidre Childers Vest; his children, Kendre V. Matheson (Brandon) of Bethlehem and Kenneth Vest Jr.; his grandchildren, Kaydon Matheson of Bethlehem, Lana Matheson of Bethlehem, NC, Marshall Vest of Connelly Springs and Mac Vest of Connelly Springs, NC; his sisters, Judy Hammonds of Pence Springs, WV and Tina Vest of Alderson, WV; his siblings-in-law, Michelle Childers of Hildebran, Scott Childers of Hildebran and Steve Childers of Longview; and also Wayne Pitsenburger of Hiddenite, NC. He is also survived by brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.
