He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Sandy and Gayla June Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Martina Highlander Harvey; his siblings, Alan (Bethie) of Clintonville and Elaine "Prid" (Steve) of Mechanicsville, VA; his nephews, Nick (Emilea) and Zak; and his niece Ali (Whit). He is also survived by family members and friends.
