He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Lee Willis and Ruby Ellen Cutlip Fitzwater; and his brother Karl Edward Fitzwater. He is survived by: his wife Traci Ann Baldwin Willis of Alderson, W. V; and his siblings, Henry "Bo" Fitzwater (Jenny) of Victoria, Tommy Fitzwater of Victoria, Theodora Hicks of Renick, W. V and Bobbie Jo Fitzwater of Alderson, W. V. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
