He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Elwood Willey, Sr. and Ruth Mae Graham Willey; his son Christopher Elwood Willey; his sister Janet Trolian Rakes; and his nephews, Jason Trolian and Paul Richard Honaker.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Cantley Willey of Alderson; his children, Alana Dawn Blankenship (James) of Clover, S. C., Alisa Jane Willey-Lule (Felix) of Forth Worth, Jack Elwood Willey, III of Alderson and W. Va; and his grandchildren, Brittany Blankenship, Logan Willey, Shyanne Lule, Gabriel Lule, Ryker Lule, Abigayle Lule, Mason Willey, Jacob Willey, Cailyn Willey, Scarlette Willey and Kaiden Willey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
