He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Duff and Della Duff; his wife Barbara; and his children, Shawn Hunter Duff and Deborah DeLaine Duff.

He is survived by: his children, David Paul Duff (Ryne) of Montpelier, VT, Eric Scott Duff (Heather) of Alderson, Leigha Susette Thomas (Kevin) of Kenna and Elizabeth Colleen Workman (Mark) of Quinwood. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
