He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Robert Ortman Sr. and Lillian Juanita Fletcher Ortman; and his sister Debbie Cicala. He is survived by: his wife Carie Umphries Ortman; his sons, Thomas Ryan Ortman and Theodore Robert Ortman III; his parents-in-law, Lois and John Umphries; his siblings, David Ortman (Jennifer) and Lynn Rowland; and his pets, Peanut, Jingle and Pepe.
