She is survived by: her husband John Watson Smith; her children, Michael Scott Pinnell and Kathy Ann Pinnell Boone (Mikel); her stepsons, Stuart Smith (Cheryl) and Greg Smith (Elizabeth); her siblings-in-law, Terri Baker and Richard Pinnell; her grandchildren, Michael (Chyna), Tyler, Carrie, Adam (Krissy), Rachel, Samuel and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Ember, Harlow, Liam, Cylee, Brynlee, Hunter, Maddie, Carson, Lucas, Xavier, Zoey, Cameron, Carmen, Rosie and Ruthie; and her nieces, Stephanie Driscoll (Patrick) and Becky Pence (Boyd).
