He is survived by: his mother Leona Stover of Pt; his siblings, Keith Halstead of Gallipolis, OH and Karen Allen of Portland, OR; his sons, Barry Dean Halstead and Adam Halstead (Lindsay) of Pt; his grandchildren, Kahlen, Trevor, Emmalin, Barry Halstead III, Kash, Liam and Cozy Halstead; his niece Krista Phoenix of Gallipolis, OH; and his great-nephew Travis Bond. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
