She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Plumley and Florence A. McClung Plumley; her husband Ira E. Jeffries, Jr.; and her brother John Plumley. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Cochran (David) of Alderson and Lillian Simmons (Shannon) of Moneta, VA.; her grandchildren, Christian Simmons, Hunter Simmons, Savanna Simmons, Madison Simmons, Lindsay Cochran, Jeremy Cochran and Caleb Cochran; her great grandchildren, Kinslee McNeely, Levi Simmons, Aubree Simmons and Raelynne Simmons; her siblings, Grace Hinkle (Harold) of Lewisburg and Charles "Chuck" Plumley (Patti) of Lewisburg; and her sister-in-law Linda Plumley of Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
