He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Mary Louise Watkins Eye. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Conner (Sue); and his siblings, Sandra Mankins of Morgantown, WV and Charley Eye (Mary Sue) of Bruceton Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
