It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert Elkins of Albright, West Virginia, born in Williamson, West Virginia, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Elkins and Martha Taylor Elkins; and his son Brian Hugh Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie May Conner Elkins; and his caregivers, Karen, Mary Ann, Lola, Clay and Sue. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
