He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Conner and Betty Shears Conner; his brothers-in-law, Bill Eye and Hubert Elkins; his nephew Brian Elkins; his parents-in-law, Bill and Barbara Richards; his siblings-in-law, Mary and Danny Riggleman; and also, Dick and Dolly Brady.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Richards Conner; his son Jeremy Lee Conner; his grandchildren, Austin Lee (Sherea) and Victoria Nicole; his daughter Destiny Dawn Turner; his grandchildren, Izabelle Lou and Gabriel William Conner; his brothers, Eddie (Sonja), Charles Jr. (JoAnn), Larry (Lucy), Rick (Cheryl) and Mark (Debbie); his brothers-in-law, Bill Richards (Sue), Bryan (Kathy) and Greg (Virginia); his friends, Terry, Fran Brady, Jim and Janice Crane; his brother-in-law Tim Richards (Bert); his nephew Danny Hardy; and also, Wilma DeBerry (Bob), Bonnie Elkins, Susie Eye, Donna Keenan (Mike) and Gary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah Church (8921 N Preston Hwy, Albright, WV 26519). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
