He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin G. Wilhelm and Virginia Blanche Kisner Wilhelm; and his wife Judith Shafer Wilhelm. He is survived by: his children, Kelly (Steve Andrews) of Alexandria, VA and Jeff (Carla Wilhelm); his grandchildren, Spencer, Silas Andrews, Hailey Guthrie (Ryan) and Heather Yusko (Hunter); his great grandchildren, R. J. and Raegan Guthrie; his brother Dan Wilhelm (Winnie); and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Wilhelm, Frank Bailey and Harlan Roy. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
