He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Stonebreaker and Edna McMillen; and his son Johnathon Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Sue Clemens Sisler; his children, James Sisler Jr. (Ashley) of Smithfield, Tommy Sisler (Elizabeth) of Morgantown, William Sisler of Albright and Tina Griffith (Casey) of Thornton, WV; his grandchildren, Leanna, Wesley, Bailey, Alyssa, Emilie, Adrina and Kendra Sisler; his brother William Stonebreaker of Mansfield, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Mark Conner of Albright, WV..
