She is survived by: her children, Patty E. Wolfe, Danny Ringer, Delbert Ringer, Kenneth Ringer, Billy Ringer and Melvin Miller, Jr.; and her siblings, Fred Stout, Donald Stout, Sammy Stout, Waveline Novak, Peggy Dacey and Shelia Mattingley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
