He is survived by: his wife Paula Ann Blevins; his son Brady Lee Blevins of Charleston; his sister Peggy Epperly (Howard) of Morgantown; his sister-in-law Louise Blevins of Man; and his nephews, Charlie Epperly (Angie), Joshua Doss, Rick Blevins (Amber) and Greg (Julie).
