He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Belcher and Lula Bell Belcher (Hager). He is survived by: his wife Glenna Belcher (Adkins); his sons, Glendale Belcher (Lisa) of Davin and Teddy Lee Belcher of Accoville; his sisters, Joann Reed of Gallipolis, OH and Sherry Vance (Danny) of Becco; and his granddaughters, Nancy Vance and Mika Maynard of Accoville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
