He was predeceased by: his parents, Holden Bailey and Ruby Bailey; his former wife Janice Juanita Bailey; his children, Arthur, Robert Jason Jr., Rhoda Renae, Kimberly Kay and Karla; and his brothers, Alfred Bailey, Lacy V. Bailey, Billy Ray Bailey, Nelson Bailey, Ray Wetzel Bailey and Ted Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Bailey of Accoville; his children, Rev. Alan Bailey (Susie) of Robinette, Shelia Cart (Timmy) of Milton and Melissa Nelson (James) of Accoville; his grandchildren, Rebecca Crosby (Mike) of Robinette, Kimberly Bailey of Accoville and William Bailey of Sissonville; his great grandchildren, Sarah and Emily Crosby of Robinette; and his brothers, Ronald Bailey (Vera) of Brimfield, OH, Lovell Bailey of Resse, OH and Warren Jay Bailey (Barbara) of Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
The family wants everyone to know that they are welcome to wear masks due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
