He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Blaylock (Jessica), Brandy Mangus (Shane), Terry Chapman (Whitney) and Jacob Chapman (Angel); his grandchildren, Dalton, Kristina, Madison, Katelynn, Jaxon, Colton, Brian, Connor and Eliza; and his siblings, Shirley Mullis (Ed), Sherrie Selby (Paul), Laura Malone and Kevin Stephens.
