She was predeceased by: her husband Henry G. Jacob; her grandson John H. Kittleson; her son-in-law James Baldridge; her parents, Perry Henton and Saddie Henton; and her parent-in-law George.

She is survived by: her children, Gordon Jacob (Patsy) of Oakfield, Richard Jacob (Bonnie) of Pardeeville, Judy Baldridge of Soldotna, AK and Patti Kittleson-Curry (Mike) of Kasilof, AK; her grandchildren, Trevor Jacob, Troy Jacob, Christopher Smith, Melissa Jacob, Jessie Kittleson and Larry Kittleson; and her great grandchildren, Kyla Jacob, Dylan Jacob, Emma Jacob, Nicholas Smith, Kelli Gulley, Noelle Smith, George Kittleson and Henry Kittleson.
