With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne L. Schmidt (Wrightstown, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 3, 2020 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wayne L. Schmidt to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Schmidt (Scheibe) and Harris Schmidt of Wrightstown; his brother Ralph; and his son-in-law Rick Rascher. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Natzke of Wayside; his siblings, Gene Schmidt (Jean), Lee (Sharon Puttmann) of Madison, Wisconsin and Karen Montanye (Keith); and his sister-in-law Ruth Schmidt. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to a worthy cause of the donor's choice.
