He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cornette and Amanda Cornette (Schultz); his wife Marlene Raether; his grandchildren, Tyler and Tiffany Cornette; his daughter-in-law Connie Cornette; his siblings, Dick Cornette, Don Cornette (Dolores) and Mary Beamer (Don); his brother-in-law Jerry Schuster; and also, Elmer and Marie Raether.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Denise Nemetz), Mark (Lois), Jeff (Lora) and Shelly Farrell (Bill); his grandchildren, Jamie Petersen (Terry), Loryn Wiese (Ross), Courtney Kane (Cody), Melanie Tomlinson (Mike), Sabrina Schroeder (Brandon), Liam Farrell, Ryan Farrell (BZ), McKenzie Rosenquist (Alex) and Breana Farrell (Clay Olson); his great grandchildren, Kaeden and Jordy; his grandchildren, Narelle, Monroe Petersen, Murphy, Presley Wiese, Cashton, Cason, Cooper Kane, Myles, Mya Tomlinson, Kaden Schroeder, Sully, Sloane and Imogen Farrell; his sister Donna Marsh (Dale); his sister-in-law Colleen Cornette; his friends, Carl, Delores Frelich and Gary De Winter; and also, Karen Schuster, Don "Charlie" Raether and Steve Raether (Loie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Clare Catholic Church - St. Mary (2218 Day St, Greenleaf, WI 54126).
