He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted, Ruth Meulemans, Joe and Rosie Vander Heiden; and his cousin Michael Vander Heiden.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Meulemans and Janice Meulemans (Vander Heiden); his siblings, Tammy Bader (Chad) and Chad Meulemans (Jen); and his nephews, Derick and Brett Bader. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
