He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Meulemans and Evelyn Meulemans (Coenen); his brothers, Pete and Bruce; and his great grandchild Makaya Greiner.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly; his children, Laurie Eiting (Dave), Julie Fickel (Craig), Paula Renon (Jerry), Amy Van Schyndel (Brian), Jesse Meulemans (Angela) and Bruce Meulemans (Jenny); his grandchildren, Dale Eiting (Heather), Heather Greiner (Aren), Tanner, Jordan (Lydia), Justin Fickel (Alyssa), Tyler (Alicia), Ryan (Leah), Darrin, Mitchell Renon, Brandi Rutter (Zach), Dawndy Howe (Mark), Cole, Paige Van Schyndel, Hayden, Gabriel, Madelyn and Meghan Meulemans; his great grandchildren, Adrian Greiner, Kaylee, Dominic Renon, Carson and Bryce Howe; his sisters, Nancy Titel, Sandy Gehring (Lloyd) and Sherry Demske (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Linn Meulemans, Rita Nelessen and Helen Diedrick (Jim Van Vreede). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
