He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen McAndrew and Annie McAndrew (Riley); his son-in-law Fred Fritts; and his siblings, John Edward McAndrew, James McAndrew and Mary Hansen (Dean).
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Ostrum); his children, Kelly McAndrew, Genne Fritts and Timothy McAndrew; and his grandchildren, Anna, Collin and Shannon.
