She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Holerud and Jennie Holerud (Formoe); her sister Helen Lorentson; her husband Virgil Gedatus; her in-laws, Harriette Sorenson (Dale), Ray (Shirley), Glenn (Delores), Jim, Judy Jensen (Lyman), Merlin, Wayne Lorentson, Lenore Gunderson (Leonard), William (Gerry), Wayburn (Liz), Leona Wang (Bill) and Nancy Campbell (LeRoy); and also, Ben and Grace Gedatus (Jackman).
She is survived by: her children, Steve (Honorine), Dave, Mike (Kim), Dick, Brian (Sheila), Luann Lavelle (John), Diane (Joel Ihrke), Pat and Pam; and her sisters-in-law, Virginia and Rose Holerud. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Because of COVID, she underwent radiation in New Richmond by herself.
