He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Johnson and Paul Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Kelly and Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Jayden, Jacob, Hailey, Jax, Lani, Crosby, Joey and Calvin; and his siblings, Tony, Randy and Laura. He is also survived by spouses, and children.
